Welcome construction crew! Different design teams will showcase the latest hardware and software products on the   market. Be sure to check with the different design teams to enjoy the booths and get the latest updates on how to   design an extreme makeover in learning for your students.

 

Lunch on Thursday  

Take a lunch break in the vendor design team area to grab a bite to eat. Lunch is served from 12:30-1:45 p.m.

 

Thursday Night Design Team Party and Karaoke  

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere and time to punch out of work!  Come enjoy an evening of dancing, singing and  

brainstorming with other construction crew members! You have worked hard all day and spent hours planning  

out ways to improve instructional technology.  Now is the time to relax! This special event is one that you will  

not want to miss. Come watch your fellow construction crew members on the big screen.   

See you in the Ballroom.  Your nametag is your ticket for the party.

 

Friday Luncheon

Join us for the final stages of the NCTIES Extreme Makeover at our closing session/keynote and luncheon at  

12:15 p.m. in the Ballroom. Tickets are required. Check at the registration desk to see if there are any tickets available.

 

Designer Awards

NCTIES presents annual grants, service awards, scholarships, and other individual and group recognitions. 

Presentations will occur both during the Opening and Closing Sessions, so please make plans to join us in 

our efforts to honor those contributing so much to the advancement of technology in education.

 

Construction Zone

Connect with others in the Construction Zone located near the front entrance.  There will be comfy seats, power,  laptops, wireless connectivity, and interactive boards so that conference attendees can communicate, collaborate, and of course, blog about the conference.   Meet and greet other attendees who are in Second Life , use Twitter or Plurk, Blog, or other methods of collaboration.  Poster sessions will also be presented in the Construction Zone.
